One of the most critically-acclaimed entries in the Star Wars saga will be returning for its epic conclusion with twelve all-new episodes on Disney+ beginning Friday, February 21. The final season of “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” returns exclusively on Disney+.

From Dave Filoni, director and executive producer of “The Mandalorian,” the new Clone Wars episodes will continue the storylines introduced in the original series, exploring the events leading up to Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith.
Created by George Lucas, with Dave Filoni as Executive Producer/Supervising Director, the show stars Matt Lanter as “Anakin Skywalker,” Ashley Eckstein as “Ahsoka Tano,” Dee Bradley Baker as “Captain Rex” and the clone troopers, James Arnold Taylor as “Obi-Wan Kenobi,” Katee Sackhoff as “Bo-Katan,” and Sam Witwer as “Maul.”
During the 10th Anniversary Hall H Panel at San Diego Comic Con 2018, it was announced that CLONE WARS IS SAVED! Clone Wars, originally aired on Cartoon Network but was canceled after the Star Wars franchise was acquired by Disney Films. Season Six of Star Wars: The Clone Wars debuted on March 7th, 2014 and ran for 12 episodes. These episodes did not close out the series as many fans had hoped. There were many questions left unanswered. What happened to Ahsoka? What became of Darth Maul? But most importantly, what events lead into Episode III Revenge of the Sith? Now that the Star Wars saga will be returning for its epic conclusion with twelve all-new episodes on Disney+ on Friday, February 21st, maybe we will get some answers!
