The wait is officially over: today marks the first official day of San Diego Comic-Con 2026! As fans storm the convention floor, one iconic comic strip is stealing the spotlight across the street in San Diego’s famous Gaslamp District. This year, Peanuts is returning with its beloved annual Pop-Up Shop, and they’re shining a spotlight beyond the round-headed kid and his famous beagle. Under the theme “Meet the Rest of the Gang!”, Peanuts is celebrating Snoopy’s extended family, including his four brothers (Spike, Olaf, Andy, and Marbles) and his sister (Belle).
“A lot of people don’t know about Snoopy’s family, and the fact that Woodstock has friends,” said one of the Peanuts staff at the experience.”
With this theme, Peanuts is shining a light on less popular characters in the gang. I mentioned watching old Peanuts syndication on Nickelodeon and remembering the sad few episodes where Snoopy returned to his old home, the Daisy Hill Puppy Farm, and found it was no longer there. Being told I knew more than my fair share, walking around the pop-up really brought back fun old memories.
The temptation to buy merch was pretty strong. Read on to see what was featured.
Peanuts X Super 7 | The Adopt-a-Puppy Pop-Up SDCC Experience

Belle: Snoopy’s stylish sister with her signature pink bow.
Marbles: The smart, spot-patterned brother with his distinctive shoes.
