To mark the release of “Supergirl”, along the Harbourfront, there was a boat seen being pulled by Supergirl and Krypto. This was also the site of the boat cruise which occurred prior to the Supergirl early screening. 

The boat cruise was hosted by Warner brothers, and included vendors such as Booster Juice, and OPI. Once we boarded the boat (on the main deck), we were greeted by the wonderful staff, and there was a section with dot cakes to celebrate Kara’s birthday; there were three flavours, chocolate, vanilla strawberry, and red velvet. Right by the stairs, there was a DJ playing some catchy music that made you want to dance! There were super burgers with all the fixings, and by the bar, there were drinks and a speciality cocktail being served in a disco ball sipper. At the front of the boat, there was a photo op with Supergirl and Krypto by a professional photographer. 

On the top deck, there was plenty of space to dance, and catch up with other friends, or make new friends. People were taking photos, and overall having a great time! There were many popular Canadian creators all hanging out, and enjoying themselves, while taking many photos and videos.

This event was a great way to kick off the movie, and Supergirl Summer. In fact, you could say it was absolutely SUPER! And check out our review of “Supergirl”.
